Worst service department you will EVER experience. I have never been to this dealer before, but its much closer to home than the only other Lincoln dealer in the entire Phoenix Metro area, so I figure I have never been to this dealer before, but its much closer to home than the only other Lincoln dealer in the entire Phoenix Metro area, so I figure I will give it a shot. My original factory Lincoln warranty covers a loaner can anytime I drop my car off for service. I started by getting my name on the loaner list in early September 2017. On October 4th I finally called to find out what why I never heard from anyone. They lost my info apparently. Now I'm back on the loaner list and never hear from anyone, so I call at the beginning of November. The employee I had previously scheduled with is no longer employed here. Time to start over. I now talk to Todd for the second time. He was the first person I called to begin with at the beginning of September. He puts me on the loaner list. On November 20th I haven't heard from anyone, so I call. Lucy now puts me on the loaner list. A few minutes later Todd calls. They have a loaner for me tomorrow. I can't go due to my work schedule. I am booked a few days in advance with appointments, so I tell Todd that I would like to come in next week maybe. He explains for the first time in almost three months that he will not schedule for a service visit in advance if it involves a loaner. Thanks Todd. Thanks for no mentioning that little tidbit at the beginning of September. No wonder Lincoln is a dying brand. Your warranty will run out before they can get you into service! More

We never once felt pressured or herded into making a selection or purchase that did not fit our needs and wants. As this vehicle was for our 30th wedding anniversary, we wanted it to be very special. We test drove makes and models from Cadillac, Volvo to BMW. The Continental always stood out. So when the lot did not have what we needed in color and specs and we decided to order a Lincoln, they still made us feel like VIP's keeping us up dated and guiding us through the process. Everyone there was always courteous and welcoming, and we have never had buyers remorse and feel we have paid a fair price and got great value. In fact we get so many questions and positive remarks about the vehicle. It is proudly and shown off any chance we get. I have never bought a Lincoln before but after our experience with Fiesta Lincoln from sales to financing our next purchase will be one, an MKZ or MKT. More

Extraordinary Service I hit some metal that was strewed on hwy 60 & immediately had a flat tire. I pulled into the service department & my problems were taken care of.
