A tv ad and Facebook had a ad with Michael, the general mgr, of fiesta Kia. So he said he can make it happen so I went there just to talk and what they could do for us. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my hi mgr, of fiesta Kia. So he said he can make it happen so I went there just to talk and what they could do for us. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my history and I had the absolutely the best experience at fiesta. We walked in, told them what I wanted. I’m on a strict budget so, I wanted a used suv with low miles. And I needed to rein in the payment. Some dealers will keep trying to get you buy more than you can really afford but our salesman listened so no pressure. We then looked at inventory but they are selling fast but we looked at a beautiful Nissan rogue and decided we could up the price a little and get the dream car. We of course waited to get the contract done. When that was done, Michael came and we met him, what a pleasure to meet this man who instantly got our attention, he personally comes in and goes over the contract with you. This is the best part because he made sure that we would walk happy. He adjusted the contract and we were wrong about our payoff on our trade in. Michael caught that and it ended up lowering our payment and we didn’t have to come up with a down payment. Couldn’t be happier. Michael has a program that can help you to get a car. This dealership is thinking about you and will help you with buying a vehicle. The fiesta group has several brand dealerships. So pick you can find something you like. Jair has been the most understanding, most caring, and most professional Kia Representative that I have ever worked with. Mr. Rendon understands that sometimes my finances are tough and he works with me to always give me the best advice for my car. I've had a rough few months with work being done on my 2021 Kia Sportage EX and I've never been so impressed with the way Mr. Rendon takes care of me personally and all my needs for my 2021 Kia Sportage EX.
