I took my Soul in for regular scheduled maintenance and it was completed in such a fast manner, even before the quoted time, which is a huge plus since we live out of town. I have been quite satisfied with the assistance I have received at Garcia Kia for my Forte because everyone seems very eager to help me with the service I am there to receive. I was somewhat disappointed received at Garcia Kia for my Forte because everyone seems very eager to help me with the service I am there to receive. I was somewhat disappointed that I couldn't have my windshield chips filled after the hail storm we had last week at the dealership. I am also somewhat concerned about what my extended warranty will and will not cover as I proceed through my journey with my Kia. I also feel I haven't had the opportunity to express small concerns that have come up for me that are likely not a big deal, but things seem a little rushed, which may be just the times that I am in the dealership. I have been very happy thus far with the service I have received. More

I am disappointed that you no longer have Bob, the manager there. I felt as though he treated the place as if he owned it. He was very professional with me. After he was dismissed in January, I got the impression that Garcia Kia was becoming like many businesses today. You hire young people who will work long hours for less pay. I believe that to hold your credibility as a quality business, you need to appreciate the quality employees you have had for a long time, in spite of their age. For this I am very disappointed.
