That is also what we explained to my friend at the time who works there, Isabella. After getting the estimate, the friend at the time wouldn't listen to my girlfriend about how she couldn’t afford a new car. I had to step in and raise my voice after FIVE times of telling her and her boss that we would like our car keys back and would like to leave. I had to threaten calling the cops in order for them to hand us our keys. The fact that we had explained our intentions to Isabella and the company, they disregarded that and withheld us there only until I threatened to call the cops because they know they were in the wrong. The finance guy Steven was the best one I dealt with in this process. The sales guy was OK but his manager was deceitful in her dealings with me. I am 3 hrs away from this dealer, I had spoken to a service rep about multiple issues that needed to be addressed, he stated he would have the part for me when I arrived and would set me up for an 8am service rep about multiple issues that needed to be addressed, he stated he would have the part for me when I arrived and would set me up for an 8am appointment. I drove up there the night before and rented a hotel so I could be at the dealer’s service department by 8am. Once I showed up at 8am another service rep greeted me and never found my appointment nor was my part ever ordered. I am not too happy with the place since I drove 3 hours and rented a hotel just to find out I was lied to. More
