Purchased a used car. Fair price on the car. But generally, not a great experience. 1. Waited for more than an hour for finance. Finally had to make an appointment for Fair price on the car. But generally, not a great experience. 1. Waited for more than an hour for finance. Finally had to make an appointment for the next day since we just could wait any longer. 2. They only had 1 key fob for the car and that was never disclosed until financial closing. They refused to supplement with another key fob 3. When I went to pick it the car, they told me they hadn't complete the emission testing to submit the paperwork for the title so I had to bring it again to get the emission testing complete. So very disorganized and dysfunctional. Not sure I would go back again. More

Came in to fix a serious issue where the gas valve was no shutting off and after the click gas was coming back out. Spent 2 hours waiting for it to be fixed and was told it was fixed. I then later in the wee shutting off and after the click gas was coming back out. Spent 2 hours waiting for it to be fixed and was told it was fixed. I then later in the week go to fill my tank up and the PROBLEM IS STILL THERE. It does not seem that it was even checked to be fixed properly. This could cause serious injury if there is fire or a spark when this occurs. Called to make another appointment and I was told that the Master Technician does not work weekends. More
