There are many things I like about this dealership, friendly, easy to make appointments, always offer free rides, treats in the waiting area are some and the free cart wash. However I am disappointed in what seems to be a new (at least since my last visit) "Action Plan". The last 2 times I've been in for an oil change, it has taken much longer than I was told with no phone call to explain. This past time, when I called, I was told there was a recall they were doing. Fine - but it would have been nice to be notified. Then, when I pick up the car, I find that the charge was about $25 dollars more than expected. I don't understand what all of those extra charges were. Then I read the "Action Plan" when I get home and it lists things which need to be completed but were not done at this visit, which means another trip in to the dealership (and more surcharges?) I don't understand why these items could not be completed while my car was there, with a call to ask my permission. More
