Alonso, my Service Manager has been honest and straight forward each time I've worked with him. An explanation for what might be the problem and how they were going to repair the issue has been forth right forward each time I've worked with him. I have both left the vehicle there at the shop and on at least two occasions I have waited. Each time the repair was completed in the time span quoted by Mr. Vibanco. I am now not living in Palm Desert, however I trust and believe in Mr. Vibanco and the quality of workmanship done on my Explorer at Fiesta Ford. Everybody I have had the opportunity of dealing with have been both professional and pleasant. Thank you to each. More

I was disappointed in the contact I had with Alonso. I made an appointment, he said he couldn't find it nor could he find my name in the system. I purchased my vehicle and have only serviced it at Fiesta made an appointment, he said he couldn't find it nor could he find my name in the system. I purchased my vehicle and have only serviced it at Fiesta Ford for 8 years...how is that possible? He would not accept the coupon Fiesta Ford emailed me, he insisted it had to be printed, we tried several ways to print it & each one failed. I called after waiting 4 hours for my vehicle, Alonso told me he spoke to his manager and he signed off on the coupon for the lower price. However, when I showed up to the cashier's to pay, the price was not what we agreed to. I was embarrassed when he came over and scolded me, telling me to print the coupon next time I come back. I am not sure I am coming back. More
