Came in to have my 2021 Explorer repaired from a recall notice. Service department offered no solution to an already full shuttle service back to my home. Did not offer me a loaner car or to pay for an U notice. Service department offered no solution to an already full shuttle service back to my home. Did not offer me a loaner car or to pay for an Uber ride. When my car was done, I waited 35 minutes for my car to be brought out to the pickup area. The repair work on the vehicle was done well. However, no car wash. This is my first Ford vehicle in 15 years and we love the vehicle, but the service and commitment to details is nowhere close to Acura. More

I would have rated them higher except that I called the Finance Dept. and got the voice mail for the Finance Manager. I called him to see what their finance rate was. I explained that I was buying a Mustan Finance Dept. and got the voice mail for the Finance Manager. I called him to see what their finance rate was.
