My husband and I stopped at the dealership just to look at their pre-owned Teslas they had. There was 2 there and when we got there the first salesman was very approachable and helpful. He ended up having at their pre-owned Teslas they had. There was 2 there and when we got there the first salesman was very approachable and helpful. He ended up having another salesman, Joe, assist us because he said he knew more about Tesla. However, even though Joe was knowledgeable about the car he was rude. When my husband started talking to him about what he was looking for he would continue to interrupt him and throughout our conversation with him he would interrupt my husband to “correct” what he was saying, as if my husband didn’t know what he was talking about. He was not helpful with us at all and definitely was not looking to make a sale in any way. I had to walk away from the conversation because his attitude towards us was like we were wasting his time because he “knew” we couldn’t afford a “luxury” car like that. When my husband came back to the car he was in disbelief on how someone in sales was not willing to work with a customer at all. My husband said he pretty much profiled him and assumed he couldn’t afford that car because he was not interested in working with him at all. We will definitely never go back to that dealership with how rude their salesman was. More

fter many calls from the dealership to make an appointment and find time in my busy work schedule to look at a car, I finally scheduled an appointment. After driving 2 hours to see the car, I find out 5 minutes before I arrive that it was sold. What a terrible experience. What is the point of making me schedule an appointment if another person can walk in and purchase the vehicle? I went through the trouble of clearing my schedule and making the trip for nothing. Not only do I go home empty-handed at the fault of the dealership, I wasted 4 hours of my time and my parents' time. More

If I have one negative it would be that I would have liked to have more communication during the waiting period when I was waiting for my new Ford to be built. But, that is a minor complaint. 5-9-22. had a terrible experience went for a oil change. Eric Moreno was the service advisor. when he came to my car I showed him my coupon for the oil change. and I told him that there was two clips missing under left front wheel well. that were missing from when the new motor was installed last year under warranty. he said that could not be so. I said why are you lying to me. then he called me a xxxxx. then he handed the paper work to Alonso to finish. the paper work said price is 69.95. I said the coupon is 44.95. Alonso said not true and said 69.95 was price for last two years. he told me sign paper work. I also told Alonso the drop link on the right front was damaged during motor install. Eric Moreno and Alonso Vibanco are serial liars. then when I walked into the building to wait for service Eric Moreno threatened me. I told him I would call the police. this was a terrible experience for me. Eric and Alonso need to be retrained in customer service. I am a 70 year old man More

I had two separate issues. One involving an alignment issue and the other one a mysterious electrical problem. Alonso, my service rep. at Fiesta, was great. He scheduled repe One involving an alignment issue and the other one a mysterious electrical problem. Alonso, my service rep. at Fiesta, was great. He scheduled repeated appointments and stayed with the issues until they solved. It turns out that my alignment issues were due to a bad tire from a local tire shop. Only 4000 miles on the tire but it had started to separate. The other issue was a small computer module that was malfunctioning. Although the module replacement was fairly spendy, It was great to have my car running tip top again. I have a Ford Fusion Energi, 160 K miles, and it's been a great car so I wanted to have it for a few more years. Alonso took his time and answered all my questions about the car and it's hybrid/plug-in history and prognosis for for the batteries life expectancy and probable life expectancy of the car. His answers satisfied me and I felt the computer module replacement was a good investment. I have always had great service at Fiesta and recommend them. Jeff. More
