My husband and I visited Fiesta Ford on a Monday, test drove a Ford F-150 and left thinking we would shop around and find a better deal and a dealer wanting our business. We were having a hard time trying to buy a new vehicle due to our credit score. Richard Herrera helped us beginning to end. He knew we needed a new car for the safety of our 2 year old daughter because we due to our credit score. Richard Herrera helped us beginning to end. The first time we went in he helped us and tried getting us a deal with a new vehicle, but it fell through due to payments being too high. All throughout the week after that he kept in contact with us trying to help us find a way and a good deal. A week and days later we received a call from Richard telling us to go in as soon as we can in less than 30 minutes if it was possible because they had a great deal for us. We went in and in less than 15 minutes Eddie and him found a reasonable deal for us. A great car, color, gap, extra warranty, alarm system, everything we wanted and more. It was all because of Richard! He did not give up on us and helped us provide a safe vehicle for our daughter. Because of Richard we don't have to be fearful when we go out anymore. We feel safe...our baby is secure. Thanks to Richard, Issac, and FORD (And their great finance programs) We have a New 2013 Ford Fiesta! And we love it and what's even better our baby loves it !!!
