My faincee and I visited the Fiesta Ford Dealership looking for a used car as our car had just gave out on us and would take more money to fix it than it really was worth it. When we arrived at the dea looking for a used car as our car had just gave out on us and would take more money to fix it than it really was worth it. When we arrived at the dealership Fernando approached us and introduced himself. We told him we were just looking around so he gave us our space and said we would be right back in case we had any questions. I liked the fact that since the beginning Fernando was not pushy at all. I hate it when you go to any place and you have employees breathing down your neck trying to sell you something. I like to have my space and look around first and if I have questions then I don't mind them following me arond. Fernando then came back and showed us a couple of vehicles, we were uncertain of whether we wanted a Full size or an SUV for our family. He took us for a test drive on the Ford Edge, which is a vehicle I fell in love when they first came out. Fernando was very knowledgable on the product and spoke nothing but the truth. Also, he was very patient with us. I wasn't sure that I wanted to make this big commitment even though we really needed the vehicle. I have always dreaded going to a dealership however Fernando made the whole process and experience run smoothly. Honesthly I feel as if another employee had approached us we would've not bought the car. I can be very particular but he knew just how to take care of us. We are now proud owners of a 2011 Fordge Edge all thanks to Fernando. We certainly are enjoying this vehicle as a family.
