I was looking for a C-Max with certain specifications and color, and within my price range. My husband and I went to another local dealership that kept trying to sell us something else rather than go the ex color, and within my price range. I have recently written a review on a earlier service problem. This is a follow up on the exceptional service I received. My truck had an additional warranty issue not related to the previous one.Sometim problem. This is a follow up on the exceptional service I received. My truck had an additional warranty issue not related to the previous one.Sometimes when you go to a dealership your customer service is a hit or miss. so when I returned the second time what I found was the exact same quality service as before and if not better! actually I was told it would be approx. 5-7 working days and actually received it back in 4 working days. (Great service) My experience with Scott Krencik once again was exceptional he kept me up to date every day on the diagnosis and the progress. When I picked up my truck the inside was vacuumed and the outside was clean right down to my shiny black tires. So my point to the second review is that the first time was not a fluke Fiesta Ford does take pride in there customer service. I also believe there are a couple more people I have dealt with and they always are very eager to help and take time to answer questions and make you feel very important one is Ron (last name unknown) But I believe he is the head diesel mechanic and if not he should be. he is a very informative mechanic always has an answer and knows what he is talking about. Another is Anne (last name unknown) she is a service writer and always treats you like a member of the family always greets with a welcoming smile and preforms great customer service. More

I have bought 3 cars from Fiesta Ford due to the customer service I have recieved from Terrance Kay and his staff. The value, the ability to put me into the vehicle on the spot and his realtionship with Sr service I have recieved from Terrance Kay and his staff. The value, the ability to put me into the vehicle on the spot and his realtionship with Sr Management to get the deals done have been tremendous. When I bring my car(s) in for service Terrance always comes out if he is working to discuss options and talk, the service dept is well run and my car(s) always come back running great.
