Sometimes you go to buy a car because you want to...thats fun car shopping. Other times you go to buy a car because you have to...thats just not so much fun. Well...I had to buy a new car...and I wasn't ex fun car shopping. Other times you go to buy a car because you have to...thats just not so much fun. Well...I had to buy a new car...and I wasn't excited about it. Also I don't like car dealerships or sales people, they tend to be pushy and abrasive and if you have ever gone car shopping before you know exactly what I mean. Anyway...I pulled into the dealership and got out of the car I needed to trade in and started looking around. Out walked Ron, he greeted me with a genuine smile and handshake. We talked about what I wanted and he helped me decide what I needed. He was patient and kind and not at all pushy. He didn't know whether I would actually go through with a purchase today but that didn't matter he still took the time to understand why I was making the decision to buy a car. The dealership worked on pricing with me which was really important. But most important was that when I left I felt like I had made a good choice, I was happy with the car, and I knew I had been taken care of.
