My Husband and I came in to look for a used Ford Focus with a set price in mind. We were supposed to meet the internet sales manager, but he was busy (even though we had an appointment). He was great! Very nice and personable. Showed us the car we saw online and test drove it. He answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable. We give him 5's across the board because he was great! We felt no pressure whatsoever throughout the entire process, and he made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help us get into the car we needed. He introduced us to the Service Manager and where we would go to get our oil changed. He gave us a Fiesta Ford Hat and even took pictures with our new Ford for his collection. Out of the 5 dealerships we've purchased cars from in the past, not one of them came even close to the outstanding customer service Hector at Fiesta Ford provided us. We will definitely recommend him to all of our friends and family, and if we need a new car in the future we will see Hector first! More

Upon entering the Ford dealership, I was approached by a car salesman whom I told I was interested in buying a used vehicle. As I got into my vehicle to leave, Terrance Key approached my window and convinced me to come back in and said he could help me get a car and he did just that! He was very nice, had a great personality and took the time to show me several different types of vehicles before making my decision. He must be a valued employee to the Ford Dealership!
