My sales person at Fiesta Ford was/is so much more than someone who sells cars for a living. I felt like he always had my back even though he was representing the other team. I had a lot of questions about the Mach-E, especially since this was my first EV. My salesperson Manny was super helpful in answering all my questions regarding charging and locations, how it works, and since this was my first EV. My salesperson Manny was super helpful in answering all my questions regarding charging and locations, how it works, and he even helped me program my preferences on the screen and set it up with my phone. We are from Washington State and looking for a specific model & color which Fiesta Ford had. On a lark we followed up, working with Lawrence, internet manager, Jason & Steven. All were friendly, good listeners, knowledgeable & proactive. We were given a competitive allowance for our trade, so we didn't have to drive 2 vehicles back to Seattle. Steven in finance was very helpful & understanding about our financing at a Washington State credit union & gave us adequate time to secure payment. All in all, a good experience. More
My family and I received terrible customer service at this dealership. The salesperson that assisted us, Joseph Landazuri, was extremely disrespectful and condescending to me and my family. Provided us with inaccurate information and then when questioned on it, attempted to make us feel as if we were the ones confused, and then provided different information than he had previously given. When my mother and sister went to pick up the vehicle, my mother was looking at other vehicles in the lot and he told her "ya conformese con lo que le dieron", which translates to just be happy with what you got. Furthermore, he gave my mom the keys turned around and walked away without assisting her in any way. My mother is in her 50's, prefers to speak in Spanish, and is not the most tech savvy. When we've purchased from other dealerships, the salesperson has always assisted my mother by showing her the basics and certain features of the new cars. They've even gone as far as connecting her phone to the car via Bluetooth before she leaves the lot. Overall, terrible experience at this dealership and my family will not be providing them with any business moving forward. More
