Originally I was at the dealership to have service done on my Ford truck when Greg strolled by and asked how my day was going and we started talking about gas prices and I was asking Greg about the Ford F on my Ford truck when Greg strolled by and asked how my day was going and we started talking about gas prices and I was asking Greg about the Ford Focus and what optional equipment was most people were getting when purchasing a new model I told him if I was looking for a new auto my main concern would be the mpg rating. Greg went on to say that I would enjoy the Fiesta model overall. I was impressed that he recognized that I didn't want to be pressured into purchasing a new car but he offered to inform me of the different Fiesta's they had on the lot; to make a long story short Greg was really helpful to take the time for me to choose between 5 models . After I choose my car he spent the time to go over the buying process and helped explained my questions that I had. I then talked myself into purchasing a new car today he took me to my bank to withdraw my down payment while he was on the phone getting the dealership personnel to prep my new car so the time I would spend the least amount of time waiting for my purchase. Greg really made me feel comfortable thru the whole process and I would definitely want Greg to assist me when I'm ready to purchase my next car in the future. More

First let me say my husband and I are very demanding of good, honest service. So let me assure I don't take writing letters lightly. We tried to pick out cars, we were serious, we gave a few our Vin numbers and wanted to talk dollars and then I would ask" Do you have a red car?" and the guy would completely drop the ball, scribble something on some random piece of paper and act like he was doing "something" and say something dumb like "duh! I don't know" and let us walk away! was also appalled that most other dealers allow rather slovenly dressed salesman that stink like cigarettes to hang around right out front! As you walk through a cloud of smoke through the doors to enter their showrooms! Gee what a first impression! So imagine when Fiesta Ford was different as we were greeted as we were walking in by Angel Colon, who clearly was a professional salesman. He knew the answers to the questions we asked, he had us driving a car within 10 minutes of handshake. I actually predict that this young man will be in management soon! My wife had left a black nylon vest in the Ford Focus we turned in and we could not find it when leaving. We will definitely feel comfortable recommending Fiesta Ford to our friends and neighbors. My wife and I looked at several dealerships including Fiesta Ford looking for a used 4WD, crew cab, pick up truck that we could afford without success, until we returned to Fiesta Ford and Scott Johnson Fiesta Ford looking for a used 4WD, crew cab, pick up truck that we could afford without success, until we returned to Fiesta Ford and Scott Johnson said that he thought he had what we were looking for at the Palm Springs lot and if we could wait he'd have it brought over or he could take us to look at it. We opted to have it brought over the next day. We looked at the truck today 12/31/13 ( Happy New Year) and it appeared to to fit our needs very well. They had what we needed at a price that fell within our budget. Scott Johnson and Eddie Lozano were both very knowledgeable and helpful. They listened to our needs and met them. we chose to buy and 2 1/2 hours after bringing it home we feel we made the right choice of dealership and salesmen.
