It was simply painless, and I mean that. I DO NOT LIKE to go and buy a car, but Leo and everyone at Fiesta Ford, made it actually fun. Absolutely the best experience i have had at a car dealership in over my 35 years of driving. After buying a new car back in 1984, i swore i would never buy another car from a dealership. This time, after looking for cars on the Fiesta Ford website and finding a car i was interested in, i filled out a little form under the menu "Name Your Price" (or something similar to that title). After filling in my info, within a half an hour i received a phone call from Leo. I told him my situation (that i was a disabled combat Marine Officer who served in Desert Storm), and that the price i put down was the most i could afford to pay. He told me that he needed to talk to his manager and would get back to me as soon as possible. 10 minutes later he called and told me it was a go. He then came and picked me up in the car i was going to buy so that i could drive it back to the dealership. Once there, there was absolutely no haggling over price, he had everything ready and within 10 minutes i was introduced his manager (James IsBell) who had all the paperwork ready to go. Both Leo and James were extremely friendly and courteous. Both told me that if i ever had any questions whatsoever to give them a call and they were there for me. They went out of their way to make sure i was happy with everything and they also went out of their way to give me the best service available that they could give me on the car. I received a 9 year bumper bumper/100K mile warranty and service contract which was more than i could of asked for. They also went out of their way to get me a 1.9% rate. I was on my way back home within 2 hours after getting to the dealership. I would/WILL recommend Fiesta Ford to anyone i come in contact with. On a side note, as i was waiting for the paperwork i noticed another sales rep, Bill Brala. He was a good friend of mine from 1997 through 2001 when we both lived in San Diego. What a small world.
