First encounter was with Marcos, who was friendly and forthcoming with information about a C-Max with low mileage that had just arrived. Friendly and professional. Stephen followed up with a car a few days later. Angel Colon followed up with two more calls and eventually, I arranged to meet him at the lot for a second look. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He answered all my questions thoroughly, patiently and effectively. Returned the next day and purchased the C-Max from Angel. I was comfortable with the details I received on the car, helping the stress of the process. Angel filled the gas tank, washed the car. Two days later, Angel gave me a two-hour tutorial on the bells and whistles PLUS programmed the garage door opener at my home! I've set up another learning session in a few days - there's nothing he doesn't know about that car. I was so impressed with his patience and knowledge. He's a Keeper!!! More
