Rude and idiotic Salesman didn't know jack squat about the Honda Pilot we were test driving. Instead of just saying "I don't know" he just kept throwing information at us that was wrong, but he was nice so I overlooked it. They wanted 2k over KBB for a vehicle that had very obviously been in a wreck and I had CASH, but they didn't even TRY to work with me on their crazy price. They even tried to tell me their was another $1,000 in taxes and fees on top of their already high price tag. After I politely said "no thanks" the MANAGER very rudely stormed out without so much as a "have a good day". Bottom line: when they don't think they are going to make a sale, all the smiles and handshakes go OUT THE WINDOW. I might have came back another day if they had shown a little professionalism instead of scowling and stomping off like angry kids. Our salesman LOOKED THE OTHER WAY WHEN WE WALKED OUT- HE PRETENDED TO NOT SEE US-that's how BUTT HURT THEY WERE ABOUT ME KEEPING THE 15,000 dollars in CASH in MY POCKET INSTEAD OF THEIRS. YOU GUYS REALLY SCREWED YOURSELVES OVER BY ACTING LIKE JERKS. ILL SPEND THAT CASH AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP REAL QUICK. More

DISHONEST, DECEITFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Here's a timeline of my WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! WEDNESDAY: I get in contact via email with Benjamin Martinez, the fleet/internet mana Here's a timeline of my WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! WEDNESDAY: I get in contact via email with Benjamin Martinez, the fleet/internet manager regarding a used car. I asked him what's the best they can do on the pricing. I told him that I wanted to negotiate a price before making any plans on going out there. I would have to take my 8 month pregnant wife and 2 year old kid with me. Those with young children and a pregnant wife will understand how hard it is to go anywhere let alone a 2 hour car drive EACH way. He told me to throw an offer. I offered $8k OTD and that I can come Saturday morning if a deal is met. He said he'll ask his manager and comes back with a counter offer of $8,500 OTD. I politely declined and thank him for his help. He replies back saying he does not want to lose my business. He said that they can't hold the car for 3 days but can hold it the whole day Saturday. I said ok. FRIDAY: I text him at 8:30PM which is half an hour before closing. I asked him if the car is still available and if so to put it on hold for Saturday. I reiterated to him in the text that I have a far drive and was planning on leaving the next morning at 8ish. He texted back a little bit after 9pm and told me it's on hold and we are good to go. I told him I would see him tomorrow at 10ish. SATURDAY: I leave the house at 8am. He calls me at 8:50 and my wife speaks with him since I was driving. He asked us where we were because someone else had come in to see the same car. My wife told him our ETA was after 10am. He said ok. He calls back at 9:30 and speaks to my wife again (40 minutes away from dealership). He now tells my wife they are selling the car to the other customer that came in. He said his manager said it's against policy to hold a car. Now I'm thinking then why did you tell me that you can hold it in the first place!?!?! This is EXACTLY why I wanted to negotiate a price AND asked them to put the car on hold so that I don't waste my time driving out there for nothing. I don't get to spend much quality time with my family during the week and for them to waste half of my Saturday is unforgivable. More

I had a VERY frustrating day Ford Fiesta on Varner Rd -Indio, California 92203 sets improper expectations when it's comes to having your car serviced. I had a VERY frustrating day dealing with the service department. I felt they were creating fees with out justification making up reasons for the charge. Then the service manager Gary Boldizar didn't help as he tried explaining the fees in a condescending way; relating their fees to a doctor's office fee as if I didn't understand. I understood what was being said; as i speak and understand English. The charges didn't make sense. This has been a repeated experience at this dealership. I'm forced to find a reputable mechanic who can properly service my car. I have no faith in Fiesta Ford. I will NEVER buy another Ford in my life. More

THREE CHEERS FOR FIESTA FORD On 6/9....we had the "good fortune"..to meet "Sylvia Rodriguez"..while looking @ the Ford Escape...she was super ..excellent in that she didn't do tha On 6/9....we had the "good fortune"..to meet "Sylvia Rodriguez"..while looking @ the Ford Escape...she was super ..excellent in that she didn't do that usual SALES PITCH..she explained the car..showed us several..others in color/style...and her professional & friendliness SOLD us immediatley..She is an asset to Fiesta Ford for sure. Worst of the worst If you are from out of town and need service run far away they will scam you for every dime you have. This place is the biggest bunch of ripoff artists that exist if you are there for a car repair and are from out of state. They will take FULL advantage of you by dragging out the repair so they can jack up the labor charges. Lord help you stay far away from this place if you are from out of state or out of town. My $990.00 repair turned into 3600.00 by the time was all said and done and I had no choice but to pay so I could get my car out of there and get back to my home. It's shameful they have no morals, values, ethics or conscience when ripping people off, Ford shouldn't allow them to even put the name on their building. More
