More like a fiasco than a fiesta Final addendum... there was some resolution regarding this purchase. There was no way for us to really resolve it completely, but to avoid additional Final addendum... there was some resolution regarding this purchase. There was no way for us to really resolve it completely, but to avoid additional stress on the parents, we ended up settling. Once the terms were agreed upon, there was relatively quick and polite conclusion, which we appreciated. We hope that the vehicle lasts a long time. Addendum... the dealer reached out after seeing the review and we are working towards final resolution of the situation. Will update when the dust settles. Senior citizens beware...Returning buyers purchased a car marked up 80% over blue book value and then got talked into a $3,000+ warranty. Formal disclosure did not indicate it was a rental car. Privately obtained Carfax report disclosed it had been a rental. Post delivery, it was noted that the vehicle had been involved in a rear-end collision, which was not disclosed at time of purchase. In an attempt to reach out to the dealership less than 24 hours later, we were told that if extended warranty was canceled, a new contract would need to be written and the purchase price of the vehicle would be increased, by several $1000, yes, increased, over the original agreed contracted price. This is not how I expect to be treated at any time, much less have senior citizens on a limited budget be taken advantage of. Wondering how many others have been taken. It's too bad that their decent customer service was marred by the Finance department’s need to make a large commission and charge unreasonable prices, while taking advantage of senior trust. They have lost any continued business from the repeat buyers, which they must not care about, as well as any future business of friends/ family currently in car buying mode. #howdoUsleep@nite #treatthemasiftheywereyours More

The facts were wrong on two of my tires and the spare wasn't really checked. More
