They used to go over in detail everything on the report and they no longer do that. Because they didn’t explain everything I had to come back the next day to have a conversation about rotating my tires t and they no longer do that. It was not their fault I would’ve told them not to rotate them but I found the balance was off. Simple conversation would’ve saved both of us some time. More

Service was great. The car wash was terrible. The front windows were not totally cleaned. You could still see the dirt from the wiper blades when it last was great. The car wash was terrible. Went in for a full service oil change, with a wash.Oil Went in for a full service oil change, with a wash. Oil filter changed, high levels of dirty oil still in crankcase. Tires rotated pressures not adjusted, fronts were 20-30 lbs over service, one rear was plus 10 and the other was minus 20. On a F350 used to tow a fifth wheel this is dangerous! DEF was topped off with two gallons of DEF, which I recently just topped up, doubt they used what they said was put in. Truck came back with DEF spilled and dried all down the side. Front right tire was scuffed up upon return. Truck was supposed to be washed and vacuumed out. You guessed it... not!!! Service tech said “oh you want that done too, it’ll be another 45 minutes “ this was clearly on the service request form. Don’t think there techs use their inspection forms, simply print them out to give to you. this truck only has 5000 miles, in for it’s first check and recall visit. Going to take it to another dealer to do a follow up visit as I don’t trust these guys doing the safety recall items. Only reason they get two stars is service writer kept me informed as to progress of service. And their waiting room was comfortable. More
