Worst online customer service, I’ve been trying to get information about one of their vehicles for a week! I have NEVER been so dissatisfied with a dealership in my life! Not only did they openly ADMIT to not doing used car checks before completing sales, but they have technicians who aren’t attentive to the work life! Not only did they openly ADMIT to not doing used car checks before completing sales, but they have technicians who aren’t attentive to the work they do on vehicles. The vehicle has been in their possession repairing issues they should have caught from the beginning more than I’ve had it in possession. Creating mass amounts of emotional distress, safety issues and unnecessary financial burden as well as burdening others who have to lend me a vehicle or their time to drive me places I SHOULD BE DRIVING MY “NEW” truck too. When I asked to speak to the GM, he was conveniently “not in today” and the staff dismissed my concerns. I was told a loaner car could be given while they repair the death trap they sold me, but regardless of covid legislation regarding expired licenses, no exceptions could made despite my horrible experience and extreme circumstances so now I’m stranded 1500 miles from my home, my kids and my family. The trucks driver front tire yesterday, when the caliper come off while I was driving on the expressway, which then left me stranded for hours waiting on a tow truck, only to circle back to the horrible experience of having to witness it sitting in their parking lot today untouched. More
Do not ever go purchase a vehicle here. I had my new truck for 2 weeks and it didn’t start. When I asked for loaner or rental no one knew anything. They told me to look for a ride and figure it out myse truck for 2 weeks and it didn’t start. When I asked for loaner or rental no one knew anything. Stay away from this place they will call you non stop to make the sale then forget who you are after the sale. More
Great Experience!! They went the extra mile!!! Definitely!!! This dealership went the extra mile to help us!! We recently lost our car due to Hurricane Harvey flooding and had to purchase a new one!! They go above & beyond their job This was a special visit....me & the manager walked out to my car to get my insurance papers , and I heard a faint meow & sure enough there was a kitt This was a special visit....me & the manager walked out to my car to get my insurance papers , and I heard a faint meow & sure enough there was a kitten stuck in the radiator of the car next to me... Everyone did an excellent job of rescuing that kitten for me..they ended up having to disassemble the whole front end of that car..they all need an award for the' guys with a heart' ...These are the kinda things Noone hears about...Unfortunately.. .. Well, I will never forget it & I appreciate & applaud the staff & service department, & of course the manager that made it all happen. Thank you, By the way his name is Fiesta (kitten) & he's doing great..I'll bring him in for a visit soon..thanks again, Bobbi More

Horrible experience. Responded to ad for 08 mustang and manager would not go down one cent. I leave and call an hour later and was told the car was still available by salesman, that he would wait for me. T manager would not go down one cent. Ten minutes later he called that the car was no longer for sale.(in other words they did not want to Honor AD) This is a perfect example of a dealership that lies on their ads.
