Took my car in for the state inspection. Great experience. They sent me a video of my car as it was being worked on. Gave me an update on my tires and brakes and overall engine. I brought my car in for service. I came away with the feeling that customers are not trusted. I had to sign a form that I had removed all valuables from the car. I also received videos of my car from different angles with no explanation, which to me implied that they wanted to document any defects in the car. Do they not trust customers and are doing this to prevent false claims of damage? Also, I would hope that if anything happened to the car while being serviced that it would be brought to my attention. The results of the full circle inspection are no longer proved in hard copy. They are now sent by text which I still have not received even though I opted back into getting texts. Seems strange that I had to do that since I received several texts reminding me of my appointment. I'm thinking my next car should be purchased from Apple Tree Honda with whom I have had much better service experiences. More
