Was told my service would take between 30 minutes to an hour, after two hours of waiting I went to the front desk and the service desk worker said they were waiting on authorization from me for additional hour, after two hours of waiting I went to the front desk and the service desk worker said they were waiting on authorization from me for additional work that needed to be done. I advised him that I was there only for the service I scheduled. Then waited 15 more minutes for them to drive my vehicle down from the maintenance bay to the dealership to deliver to me. More
