Had to drop in for oil change & car check over for upcoming trips. Wait was a bit long but that was expected as was the most comfortable waiting lounge providing free snacks, refreshing beverages, big upcoming trips. This is a great dealership. I wanted a low mileage small SUV hatchback for my grandson and they came up with the perfect one at the most reasonable price. Took my car in for an oil change. I thought scheduling the appointment an hour and a half before I needed to leave for another appointment would be plenty of time, considering it's ne I thought scheduling the appointment an hour and a half before I needed to leave for another appointment would be plenty of time, considering it's never taken longer than 30 minutes to do an oil change here or anywhere else I've taken it. It ended up taking two hours. I told staff multiple times I needed to leave by a certain time and was told my vehicle would be finished soon. It was not finished soon after any of the times I asked. I ended up missing my appointment due to the slowness of the oil change. When I went to pay, my total came to $90 instead of $79.99 (sorry but the sales tax shouldn't have been anywhere close to $10) but the itemized receipt is intentionally deceptive, so I believe there are hidden charges added in there. To top it all off, the person checking me out took a phone call in the middle of my transaction, so she had to further delay me leaving to do so. We will be purchasing a new car in the near future, but after this experience with the service department, we won't be coming here to buy anything. They clearly don't respect their customers' time or want their business. More
My experience was that the members of the sales team were motivated but intuitive to the customers needs.
