I met Glen, my salesman, and he immediately made me feel ate ease, welcome and listened to what I wanted. He took a lot of time with me, and him and Dale came up with a plan to lease the car I wanted. I also spoke with Sam. They were are so friendly and helpful and didn't push me into anything. I left with information to ponder and came back the next morning to sign. Jan in the finance department did my paperwork and she too was so friendly and answered my questions. I also was helped through the insurance transition by Don, who made the switch very easy. This was the best car purchasing experience I have had! Patronizing and ridiculously expensive I chose to go to the Hickory Mazda dealership due to my experience here. The salesman was patronizing, basically telling me what I wanted and that ge I chose to go to the Hickory Mazda dealership due to my experience here. The salesman was patronizing, basically telling me what I wanted and that getting a different vehicle would be a pain. He also quoted me the straight sticker price and undervalued my trade-in. Even suggested that letting me drive another model would be "a waste of time." Definitely would not go here for sales and am glad I called around to find a nicer dealership. More
