Ms Rose is a customer service orientated auto sales person. She's not "a used car saleslady". Ms Rose worked with me throughout the entire process, often aler is a customer service orientated auto sales person. She's not "a used car saleslady". Ms Rose worked with me throughout the entire process, often alerting me to features I hadn't considered or in some cases didn't know about. She handled difficult questions with ease, and when she didn't readily know the answer (which wasn't often) she would do the research and get the answer. Often adding more than asked. I highly recommend her. She made the process easier than any of my past car buying experiences. More

Great Experience! We were in the market for a new SUV. My wife wanted a Wrangler and I was more interested in something like the Mazda CX-5 or CX-9, but we had a long We were in the market for a new SUV. My wife wanted a Wrangler and I was more interested in something like the Mazda CX-5 or CX-9, but we had a long list of other makes to check out as well. Since Skyland had both the Mazdas and Wranglers, we started there. Eric showed us the Wrangler first and answered all our questions and then some. Then we looked at the Mazdas and quickly focused on the CX-9. Again, Eric more than answered our questions. No pressure at all, just lots of information to help us make our decision. In the end, my wife decided on the CX-9. Eric offered us a good price and shepherded us through all the paperwork process. An unexpected issue popped up the next day and Eric personally drove to our house to get it corrected. Fantastic service! We highly recommend Skyland Automotive in general, and Eric Ragan in particular. More

Skyland Automotive is a class act! I bought my car new at Skyland in 2008. It's still a great car and they are still helping me keep it sound. Replace the clutch I had an issue with my used Miata......Chad had it checked out and ,agreed with me that the Clutch was needing replaced......The cost of repairs was I had an issue with my used Miata......Chad had it checked out and ,agreed with me that the Clutch was needing replaced......The cost of repairs was an issue..( im retired and fixed income)....Chad went to bat for me and a reasonable soulition was agreed on by me and Skyland.....I got my car back today...and its a great deal easier to drive n shift gears....I do APPRECIATE any dealer that will listen to the customer, and try and find the best soulition....and I feel Skyland did do just that.........Thanks alot.....Lonnie Fuqua More
