No tension! After years of leaving dealerships more upset than pleased with my buying experience, this time was a charm. I am pleased with the car we bought but even better was the interaction with our sales person, Glen Gasbarro. He did everything I could reasonably expect to make this a smooth and satisfying experience. The only irking aspect, which I suspect is probably universal to this business, is that so much time is wasted just sitting and waiting for the next step in the process. Even so, I am a happy camper! More

Salesman is wonderful, Mazda service is not. I am not pleased with the experience I've had during the times having my Mitsubishi and Mazda serviced here. I'm treated as an inconvenience by the ma I am not pleased with the experience I've had during the times having my Mitsubishi and Mazda serviced here. I'm treated as an inconvenience by the manager and have comments how much or how little I drive each vehicle which I don't feel are necessary. My most recent experience crumbs were left in my seat and floor. My trunk was not put back together after having the tire iron taken out to rotate the tires. I have decided to no longer have my cars serviced here which is unfortunate considering how wonderful the sales people are especially Jeremy Shea and considering my family and I have purchased a combined 5 vehicles here. More

My salesperson was Skeeter Coin and I was very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of all the cars I looked at. Her enthusiasm to try to find what I needed and wanted and concern for what was best for me really impressed me. She should be seen as a Mentor with Skyland for new sales people who come there to work. I have told many of my friends and family about my experience and will continue to do so with anyone who is looking for a new car. More
service quality is awful Went in for a speaker warranty issue and came back with a loose door panel. Took it in for repair and to have the wheels rotated and came back with a Went in for a speaker warranty issue and came back with a loose door panel. Took it in for repair and to have the wheels rotated and came back with a damaged tire and wheel. Dealer replaced the tire at cost but out-of-hand rejected any notion that it could have been their fault, so I was stuck with a $200 bill for a new tire. They would not even acknowledge the coincidence that this was noticed subsequent to the tire rotation, nor they take into consideration the previous poor workmanship resulting from the earlier warranty repair. I attempted to escalate my concerns to upper level management but was put off each time, either through non-returned calls or redirects to the same lower level supervisors. Considering the size of the business it is disappointing that they require burden of proof to be put on the customer, thereby losing future sales over a 200 dollar tire. More
