Chad Barnwell and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive -- great communicators -- and seemed genuinely happy working for Skyland Automotive and working with customers and each other! The waiting area has comfortable seating for both relaxing and working on laptop, etc. Free snacks were provided (including fresh fruit). Ultimately, because some of the services ended up requiring more time, I was offered (and accepted) a loaner (2017 Mazda 9) for no extra cost. Within 24 hours, Chad called to let me know my car was ready. I drove the loaner car and picked up my car the next morning. The paperwork was detailed and itemized, easily understood, and Chad took the time to explain each item and the cost. I took several coupons I had received either via mail or email, and the reductions in price were a great savings! I have used Skyland Automotive exclusively for anything related to my 2008 Mazda MX5 and will continue to do so because of their attention to customer service and expertise. More

The only advice I would give the dealer: when I entered the show room there was no one to assist me. Seems they were all in a training session, Someone...the manager, or a salesman occupied...should have approached me. Finally the person in insurance came and tracked down Susan from sales. I did not feel pressured to buy a car I couldn't afford. I turned down an offer to purchase an extended warrenty, which did not affect the customer-dealer relationship. Skyland's attitude is -.we are delighted you bought a car from us but we want to earn your future business and keep you as our customer for years to come.
