I brought my Mazda CX-50 to Fields Mazda in Asheville, NC, the other day for its 1st "check up". Most of the issues I was having were due to ignorance on my part. Although the one valid problem I did have was not resolved there and then, the service staff was very conscientious in trying to resolve it, and asked me to keep a log of exactly when and at what time of the day I experienced the problem, and come back to them for review. Through it all, Jax, my service coordinator, did not only not treat me in a condescending manner, but was also always courteous, amiable and patient when explaining everything to me, and in his suggestions as to how to proceed in the future. It was also very nice to have the opportunity to chat with my new friend Kevin, who is the most dedicated, best-ever salesperson. In closing, I must say that I love my new Mazda CX-50, and I love my new Dealership Fields Mazda! More
In almost 4 years of service at Fields’s, this time was the worst due to the inattentive admin staff. I watched numerous customers come and go and had not heard anything about my car. I noticed that as others arrived someone would come over to review the service and ask for signatures so I asked if there was an issue with my car. 2.5 hours later following an oil change and tire rotation, my car was returned. I stood looking at it and no one said anything so I went out to verify it was mine. They weren’t busy doing anything except shooting the breeze. When I stepped back inside, they asked if it was my car and then did the paperwork. IDK, maybe they’re new hires and haven’t been trained. Not a good experience so if “maybe” was an option, that’s what I say about recommending the dealership. More
I normally hate salespeople. We worked with Devin to purchase a used car and it was the best sales experience I’ve had. He’s very knowledgeable and transparent about the car buying process at the dealership. I’m usually pretty anxious with buying a used vehicle, but Devin made me feel confident in my purchase which allowed me to enjoy the experience, as I feel buying a car should be. Unlike a typical sales experience, where it feels like the salesperson tends to only have the company’s interests in mind, Devin made me feel like we were on the same team and he helped us achieve our car purchase goal. While the dealership is 2 hours from our home, if I can purchase future vehicles from Devin, it will be well worth the drive. We also had great interactions with Alec and Kevin. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. More
