The sky is the limit at Skyland Automotive! I have been working with Skyland Automotive for a new car purchase after owning the same vehicle for 13 years. I have also worked with the service team in the past for the Mazda Tribute I had been trying to keep and always had a positive experimence there as well. After totaling my vehicle and having to get a rental, etc., it has been a bit stressful but at each step through the process I have been very impressed with this group and can highly recommend them without reservation to anyone both for sales and service. Jewel Rose was literally the first Sales person to make us feel welcome. She actually gave us time alone to simply walk around & look at the cars on their lot. After we narrowed down what we physically liked about the vehicles, Jewel took time to explain the interior aspects of each car of interest. We gave her a round about budget & she never tried to talk us into going above our means. From beginning to end Jewel was who we dealt with except for the financing aspect of the sale. This was the first dealership that did not have a pushy sales manager interrupting every few minutes trying to push the large purchase we were trying to make. Overall great experience & this is coming from people who hate car shopping as a whole. Skyland Mazda along with the help of Jewels will be the only place we purchase cars from in the future! More
