Not knowing where people look for dealer reviews, I am posting both here and Google. I admit that the process of buying a new car seemed daunting. So many horror stories and reviews. I spent hours of posting both here and Google. I admit that the process of buying a new car seemed daunting. So many horror stories and reviews. I spent hours of research both in cars and dealers. Some dealers never responded to inquiries. I finally decided on Fields Mazda in Asheville, NC. Even though it was over 100 miles away and farther than some other Mazda dealers. Very good decision. I spoke with Nathanael on the phone to ask a few questions and made an appointment. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the whole process was smooth and pleasant. Thank you Nathanael. I love my new CX-30. I also want to mention Lillie, the finance manager. Her friendliness and personality made the paperwork easy and even fun. Thank you Lillie for a great car-buying experience. I highly recommend Fields Mazda and the people there. More
