SERVICE REVIEW: Jeff Warren was outstanding while my vehicle was in their service for (2) unidentified squeak noises and (2) paint damages from a previous service. Even though my car has been to their s vehicle was in their service for (2) unidentified squeak noises and (2) paint damages from a previous service. Even though my car has been to their service center at least 4 times and totally 11 months, this past being 5 months, Jeff stayed connected, kept me up to date on the progress, sent photos and when there was a delay, he immediately let me know why and what steps he was taking to ensure the delivery of my vehicle would be above standards. His eye for detail and perfection on the paint was crucial. He did not let it slip into a mediocre paint job that clearly was done subpar. I cannot thank him enough for the stellar service. I was feeling defeated with Fields Mazda with the prior service experiences, not from the actual service advisor, but from the previous (2) service managers who chose to not communicate with me about why my car was there for over 5 months when I first brought it in. Their inability to give updates, and not resolving the issues, damaging my vehicle, and then had me feeling that my car and me, personally, were not important. Even their GMs, because they seemed to change frequently, were complacent. It is a relief to know that Jeff is on the customer's side, has an eye for detail, is a clear communicator and sets realistic expectation. All traits needed in the auto service industry! Jeff, you've earned my loyalty. More

I went to several dealerships in search of a new vehicle before going to Fields Mazda. Some of the dealerships still play the game of adding extra costs to the price of the vehicle. I went to one dealership before going to Fields Mazda. Some of the dealerships still play the game of adding extra costs to the price of the vehicle. I went to one dealership that had a used 2022 Nissan Frontier listed for $27,000. With all the added costs the out the door price was $36,000! Field’s Mazda was very transparent in their pricing with no added fees other than a doc fee. Devin, the salesman that helped me was knowledgeable about the product as was Lily who worked in finance. They both drive Mazdas which says a lot about the product. If I had went to Fields Mazda first I would have saved myself a lot of time. I will definitely recommend Fields Mazda to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
After much research, I chose Field's Mazda to be my dealership: the best (and best-looking) cars, the most personable sales staff, (especially Brent) and recently I drove my CX-50 in for its 1st servi dealership: the best (and best-looking) cars, the most personable sales staff, (especially Brent) and recently I drove my CX-50 in for its 1st service that was impressive. Jax, the service agent, greeted me promptly, explained their procedures, and escorted me to the waiting lounge. It wasn’t long that I he emailed a virtual tour and a video of the service being conducted. I was back in my freshly washed car in less than an hour. How’s that for Service?
