I brought my Mazda CX five in to have the media screen replaced because it had ghost touch issues. The staff was prompt and courteous, and got me checked in immediately. The waiting area next to the servi replaced because it had ghost touch issues. The staff was prompt and courteous, and got me checked in immediately. The waiting area next to the service desk is comfortable and modern and has outlets nearby if you need to charge your phone. There are also a few bar seating options where you can sit and use your laptop or work while you wait. My car was done faster than expected and took less time than they said it would which was nice. I ended up leaving something in the chair that I was sitting in while I was waiting. The lady at the front desk immediately went to look for it when I called later that day. She found it and held onto it for me until I could come by to get it the next day, Which I really appreciated. My experience at Field’s Mazda has been positive and I will continue to have my vehicle service there while I live in Asheville, NC. More
