My wife and I visited Bredemann Lexus for the first time this past Saturday, April 13, 2013. We met with Nadeem Hassan to discuss the purchase of a 2013 ES350. Nadeem lead us through a process where we discussed what equipment and colors we wanted. We then went on a test drive in an ES350 with similar equipment to what we wanted. Nadeem then checked his inventoryof ES350's and found one that contained the equipment and in the colors we wanted. Nadeem provided us with a print-out witch listed the specifics of the standard equipment and optional equipment contained in this particular ES350. We then went through the print-out with Nadeem explaining the details of the optional equipment. We then discussed the cost of this particular ES350. During this process our 2006 ES330 was valued to be used as a trade-in. As part of our discussions John Hash joined in. When my wife and I left Bredemann we determined what we thought would be a fair price to pay for the car. During several telephone conversations on the following Monday we arrived at an agreed upon price for the car and today, April 17, 2013, we purchased the ES350. Nadeem walked us through the actual purchase of the vehicle and after the paperwork was completed gave us a review of the Nav system, radio settings and connected my I-phone to the car through Bluetooth and installed our garage door opener. During this process we felt that we were treat courtiously and with respect. We definately would recommend Nadeem and Bredemann to our friends and family. More

I called the dealership to confirm if the car I saw on cars.com was in their inventory and if it had all the features I was interested in. When I showed up at the dealership at the agreed time, Vasily was there to meet me and the car I was interested in was immediately available to test drive. He was extremely thorough in educating me on all the features of the Lexus ES 350 and answered all my questions. I was introduced to the service department and was informed of the other amenities of the dealership. During the purchase of the car, Vasily was very courteous of my time and kept me informed of where we were at in the process and completing the necessary paperwork. Never did I feel pressured to purchase a car nor did I feel my business was not a priority with them. Vasily and other employees at the dealership were very courteous and Vasily followed up with me after my purchase to ask if I was happy with the car and if I had any questions. I returned to the dealership about a month later to get a few assessories installed and the service department was polite and quickly completed the work. I highly recommend the dealership and salesman, Vasily Kurkov. He made the purchasing of the car easy and enjoyable. More

As I mentioned, I visited Bredemann several times before buying. My primary sales consultant was Nadeem Hassan, who is absolutely wonderful to work with. Nadeem is highly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He is also intuitive with your needs and your wants and is, by nature, a patient and friendly person who cares about what is important to his customers. Additionally, unlike so many other people in the industry, it is not Nadeem's style to "put the squeeze" on you from a sales approach perspective, and he does not focus his efforts on bashing the other vehicle brands that you may be considering--very refreshing. As a final comment, Nadeem is equally impressive AFTER the sale. I had quite a few questions about the car after my purchase. He was responsive, well informed, and solely focused on making sure that I am happy. In short, Nadeem is outstanding. If you work with him, you will be in great hands before, during, and after your purchase. The other folks with whom I worked during my car shopping/buying period--including the sales manager, the service manager, Vasily Kurkov, and Jim Kennedy--are stellar as well. Vasily was very helpful and professional from time we entered the dealership and we were never made to feel pressured to buy. I enjoyed shopping for the car.
