I did my shopping at all 5 Lexus dealers. Bredemann is the best on trade-in by 25% then McGrath (Chicago) and by 20% better in comparison to Lexus of Palatine. My service technician, Jose, was extremely friendly and courteous. He took extra time to explain what was going to be done and what the charges would be. When the work was completed he explained that a recall for the emergency trunk release had to be fixed as part of a recall and because of the inconvenience he had my car filled with gas. Bredemann has taken customer service to a whole different level. I don't know why anyone would ever want to go to a different car dealer. More

My previous Lexus RX 300 was purchased in 2000 at Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. I recently decided to purchase a new Lexus RX 350 because I wanted bluetooth in my car and wanted to be able to connect Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. I recently decided to purchase a new Lexus RX 350 because I wanted bluetooth in my car and wanted to be able to connect my iPhone to the car. This was the first time I would purchase a car by myself without my husband, so of course, I was a bit apprehensive. When I got to Bredemann, I met Steve Stover and he couldn't have been nicer to me. He explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, listened to all the stories that an old woman can tell, and generally made me feel comfortable making an informed decision regarding buying the new Lexus. I told him what I wanted: of course, another Lexus RX, now called the 350, good acceleration and cornering, a red car, navigation and bluetooth, heated seats, and most important, automatic window washers. And, of course, being Bredemann, they had exactly the car that I wanted, with a few extra goodies. Steve guided me through the purchase, explained everything from the purchase forms to how to start the car (no key), to connecting my iPhone, and he transferred all of my contacts and music from my iPhone to the car. I have had my new red Lexus for a week and I actually open the door to the garage just to peek at it. Is it possible to love a car? Yes. Is it possible to love a car salesman? Yes, if it Steve Stover. Is it possible to love a dealership? Well, of course. I have been coming to Bredemann for all these years and they have always treated me with respect and honesty. Howard took time explaining all the technology on my new 2013ES hybrid. He is by far the most knowledgeable sales person there. He is also a great and patient teacher. He also explained what he thought could be improved through better technology. In addition Howard offered to help explain additional aspects of this "computer on wheels" anytime I come back to the dealership. Since they offer free weekly car washes and Saturday bagel and lox breakfasts I expect to see him often. If you want an honest appraisal of the pluses and minuses of any of the cars at Bredeman I would highly recommend seeing Howard. More
