Perfect used car found! My daughter lost her pristine 2008 Honda Accord in a flood in Oklahoma City. She only had a limited amount of funds from the insurance. I talked to Steve Spritz at Bredemann Lexus, he informed me, in my daughters price range, it would be hard to find a used car for her in the typical inventory at Bredemann Lexus. I thanked him for his help and asked him to keep his eyes open anyway. Well, he not only found a car but excelled in finding an older RX330 that was in better shape than Honda she lost and had less mileage to boot! Steve made my Daughters tears turn into smiles! Now let me say that this was a lower priced car and nobody made a lot of money here, so it is even more incredible that Steve Spritz took the time and made the effort to find this car for her. To me this is the true definition of great customer service. My wife and I have been long time Bredemann customers and this experience just reinforces the fact there is no reason to go anywhere else! With employees like Steve Spritz, Bredemann Lexus truly has the best in customer service! More

Do NOT shop at this Lexus dealer. Extremely disappointed that they have sales managers like Tim Ryan working at this dealership that try to intimidate them when purchasing a car.
