They are a wonderful team worth supporting We came in planning to buy a crossover, but wound up buying an S60 sedan. We looked at several vehicles all the while talking to a salesman, John Sendik. John's knowledge of each car we looked at was amazing. As quickly as we switched vehicles, so too did the stream of information he provided us about each one. This wasn't rote memorization of a spec sheet, this was understanding of the designer's intent. His obvious pride of product really drew us in. John asked us prompting questions so that we were certain that the car we bought was the car we truly wanted and needed. He asked, then he listened to our answers. We never felt pressured. In fact, I would say that we weren't 'sold' a car, but rather were 'assisted' in selecting the right car for us. I don't expect any degree of buyers remorse. The contract signing and payment stage was the most pressure free I have ever experienced. John had guided us toward the products that made sense for us and then Alexis took it from there. They are a wonderful team worth supporting. More
