Pete spent almost 3 hours without the sales push - the time was all about which model would be the right fit. I test drove two separate cars and not for the little around the block move but to show how it handled on the highway and back roads. I was still unsure and they arranged for me to take it home overnight. I felt like a customer there - not a number. Through the whole process, it was the car buying experience that we want to have - not the ones we normally have. If you want a professional smooth purchase without all the gimmick, Fields Volvo is the place you want to go. More

I was able to buy a 2004 XJ8 sedan from the Milwaukee dealership of Jaguar in July, 2009, and my wife just purchased a new 2010 XF from the Field’s Automotive Jaguar Dealer in Waukesha, Wisconsin, in March. Thanks to a fortuitous transfer of agencies, our salesman in each case was the legendary Wayne Sperk, who has been selling and owning Jaguars for twenty five years. What Wayne Sperk does is what all Jaguar sales people aspire to do. When we had used the excellent resources of Jaguars’ interactive websites to determine the kind of Jaguar we wanted, we were able to contact Wayne, arrange an appointment time to come see the car, and take a test drive with a man familiar with every aspect of the cars capabilities. He shows a keen interest in our own circumstances, the kind of place we live, our driving needs, and perhaps more importantly, knowing who we are. Unlike some car dealers who try to fit their customers into a car, the Jaguar people want to fit the right car to their customer. Thus, you never get the feeling that they are trying to sell you something; rather, it is always a relaxed feeling of this is what would please us the most. Explanations of Jaguar’s twenty four hour complimentary road service, their telephone information line, and their other services from Fields’ only enhance the feeling that you have made the right choice. Kind of like checking into a great hotel and then finding fresh flowers and chocolates after you get to the room. They were waiting for you all along. The delivery day is a fun day, of course, with the salesman handing over the keys to a joy ride that should last a decade or longer. Dealer creature comforts are common at Jaguar. Roomy and spacious seating lounges, complimentary coffee or ice cream cones, places to use a Wi-Fi wireless, are de rigueur for Jaguar. A feeling of relaxed friendliness is ever present in the sales and service waiting areas, with warm greetings and attention to your needs; people asking whether you prefer to be simply relaxing, or reading, or using a laptop. or drinking coffee. When you arrive for a service calls you do so as a person, seeing your name on their schedule board, and a sensing that they intend to be done for you in short order with whatever service need you may have. I have enjoyed some fine treatment over the years from other car dealerships in Madison, Wisconsin, and it is an amazing thing that the dealerships of the Fields Group are even a step above that. I recommend Fields Jaguar of Waukesha without reservation as among the very best to be found anywhere. More

I have worked for dealers in the past, and I recognise good customer service. Fields dealers are first class. I purchaed another vehicle from another Fields store and was totally satisfied. The sales person actually delivered the car to me in Wisconsin. Not long ago my wife and I were ready to purchase a car up in Wisconsin, and we both agreed that there was no choice in where we would purchase another vehicle-Fields Volvo! I had used their dealers services many times, and even though those vehicles were not purchased there, they treated me great. They actually took me away from another dealer in Madison in which I had purchased my last cars. Fields Volvo went out of their way to locate me the car we wanted. They made sure everything was properly working prior to delivery. Pete Peterson gave a great delivery presentation, explaining in detail every feature of the vehicle. Fields dealers have made me a life long customer. I would highly recommend them. More
