I have purchased 3 cars from Fields and plan on staying with them for all my future needs. I feel they are very trustworthy and honest. I service 2 cars there and trust them with their service. There have been times when I have heard a noise that does appear at the dealer and they will search for the problem until it is found. They are honest with their diagnosis and offer discounts for service fees if your car has been purchased there.With the vehicles I have purchased 2 where used and 1 was new, I feel the prices I paid were great. All in all I love the place,everyone that works there is extremely nice and they will treat you with respect.Theres also a great waiting room with hagen-daaz and free car washes. More

I was invited, after being high bidder at a charity auction to one of their "off Road Land Rover Experiences". Before arriving Nancy made sure I knew all I needed to know and was always prompt in answe auction to one of their "off Road Land Rover Experiences". When I showed up there were plenty of friendly employees there to ask if I needed anything and to show me what I needed to know to have a safe and fun time at the event. Jason Green helped explain the car's capabilities(I had no idea how many settings this vechicle had and was I impressed when I put the vechicle through the course) and was very patient in doing so. When I showed up in a Lexus for a Land Rover off road event I assumed at somepoint some one would try to give me a sales pitch but it didn't happen-they just gave me their cards and said if I would like to talk they would like to listen! The whole adventure was first-class from the driving, lunch, and the way they handled me that I would have to tell you they are a first-class operation from my experience (I work in a business that prides itself in customer service so I know when I am getting it). When its time to replace the car I am driving they will be top on my list to talk to. I cannot tell you how much fun my son, wife and I had at the Land Rover event and if you think your vechicle will ever do anything off road be sure to check out Land Rover-not all 4 wheel drive vechicles are this sophisticated. Furthermore he was very patient with me and worked very hard to make sure he found the exact vehicle that was best for my needs. his advise was directed to my needs, not his and that was refreshing. I absolutely love my new range rover evoque, i am super please with the sales experience and very satisfied with the entire dealership. I was not familiar with the vehicle I was looking for other than having seen it at the Milwaukee Auto Show. Stephen Favill met me at the door, introduced me to the model I was interested in, set me up with test drives, and took very good care of me. He was superb. I was not able to meet with Brad, the salesman, until my next visit. On my next visit, Brad Kittinger also took very good care of me, in the most positive definition of that term. Once again, I did another test drive. Brad helped me to determine exactly which options I wanted, which I didn't, and determined that I would have to order the particular model I wanted. We even discussed European delivery and stayed late one night on my behalf. He did very good work and was patient with me. He, too, was superb. Stephen and Brad exemplify Fields' positive ratings. So, given the above, why did I not buy from this dealer? I didn't have a good experience when while negotiating a price with Derek Stackhouse. What follows should not be taken as a personal criticism of Derek as I believe he simply implemented Fields' preferred way of doing the financial part of the business. I served first with my pricing from Consumer Reports. He volleyed with a response that while Consumer Reports knows toasters, they know nothing about cars. I also had several internet and email quotes, though I did not share my prices. He said that my research was no good and no dealer could stay in business if any of my numbers were correct. He very politely intoned that I didn't know squat. We parted politely with their commitment to deliver a price -- their first -- to me the next day, Wednesday. At 3:00 Friday, I called them as I still had no price. For the next two hours we went back and forth on price over the phone. As we got closer to a final price, which was still higher than I thought reasonable, they surprised me with a $149 paperwork fee. I'm not an idiot, so I knew this to be nothing more than added dealer profit. I already had an email price from Jenkins Volvo -- a dealer I had never visited -- that was competitive. I called their salesman to confirm we were on the same page and there were no surprises. While I was willing to pay Fields Volvo more than Jenkins because they had patiently invested their time in helping me, their prices were uncompetitive and my negotiation with them was unduly stressful. Today is Saturday. I went to Jenkins Volvo and signed my purchase contract this morning. My experience was very pleasant and my cost was fair. I feel good and I'm already looking forward to my shiny new Volvo. More
Bought a XC90 six years ago - had a great experience with the car and the dealership. I was ready to get a new car - went back to my salesperson Pete Peterson. He showed me the XC60 and I loved it. Pete and his team were very patient with me and allowed me several test drives - I did go and compare to the Accura version and discovered there WAS NO COMPARISON! My XC60 SUV drives like a luxury car and I love the BLISS feature. The entire team at Fields has been great to work with over the years - especially Cindi in service. They really go the extra mile for their customers. The waiting room is beautiful and comfortable as well. I would highly recommend working with Pete and the team at Fields if you are looking for a new car. They treated me with respect and were genuinely helpful during the entire process. More

This dealership is flawless. Pete spent a lot of time with us identifying our perfect Volvo package. He then spent the very next day finding our car and getting it shipped from another dealer.
