Fields Land Rover Waukesha Service Visit My wife, Julie, had a tire pressure warning light go on in her Land Rover. While at work she called Fields service and talked to Bob Bertnick. Bob se My wife, Julie, had a tire pressure warning light go on in her Land Rover. While at work she called Fields service and talked to Bob Bertnick. Bob sensed something was not right and asked if Julie could bring in the vehicle over the lunch hour. Upon arrival a quick check found a large nail in the tire. Pressure had not yet gotten to the point of safety concerns, but without Bob's knowlegde and ability to find time in his already full schedule, who knows what may have happened. Additionally, my wife had a full day of patient appointments. She could not wait for the repair and the tire issue was too dangerous to wait for another appointment. Bob, quickly found my wife a loaner and got her back to her office in time to continue her day without interruption. Customer service can be loosely defined. In this specific example Bob Bertnick provided exemplary service. He showed expertise in understanding the potential for a minor problem to quickly become something much worse, great listening in taking the time to understand my wife's situation and the extra step in finding a solution that worked for us. This is the type of service delivery that will keep us as a very happy Land Rover owner. More

No service We brought a jag in to get another key programed. Days go by we call they can not figure out how to program. Weeks go buy not one call from them. We call at least 10 times and only get a run around. 6 weeks later still no communication from them. I now go get car not running and they want 282.13 for key 125.00 for programing and 125 an hour for a lot of hours of nothing. Absolutley the worst service ever. More

Their reasoning was that they paid too much for the trade and wanted to make money off it...again, rip off new buyers because they mess up on the trade in. Make sure you do your research before ever purchasing a vehicle with them. More
Go somewhere else to buy a used vehicle Just bought a used vehicle from them on 4/21/14.....wish I would have waited and gone somewhere else. Their showroom is fantastic, the sales people are also very nice but they sold us a vehicle that they knew had very bad ball joints. They were so bad that they replaced the tire but didn't fix the ball joint itself. So needless to say I paid a "fair" amount for this vehicle (got no great deal, because they had to replace a tire and a spark plug) and a week later had to stick $900+ into it to replace a Ball Joint, a U Joint, frayed brake lines and a couple of other issues. Now I asked my mechanic if it would be very apparent to the inspectors at Fields that the Ball Joint was a pretty obvious and serious problem....and he stated "most definitely" and he showed me, who knows nothing about this sort of stuff and it was VERY obvious to me. Now I do believe that this should have been checked on the Vehicle Checklist so I knew what I was getting into, but that area was checked as "OK". This is a vehicle that we bought to put our newly licensed 16 year daughter into. I'm very glad we took it to get it checked out by a real mechanic as the vehicle was dangerous to be driving in the state it was delivered to us. So, is their mechanic incompetent, or did they put a used vehicle on their lot that they knew full well needed to have things fixed but were trying to “save a buck” (while putting the driver in danger)? We did contact our sales person who said they would get back to us....but never heard back from him. I quickly lost all respect and trust in this dealership. Go somewhere else where honest and integrity mean something. More

I have had it for 3 months and it is a great vehicle. The entire staff was great to work with from the receptionist to the finance manager. Once I decided on the purchase they worked really hard to get me approved for financing. My total experience was great. I have told many to take their vehicle purchasing needs to Jaguar Land Rover Volvo. Leslie More
