Short notice need for 1 new tire & tire balancing/alignment got an appointment with very short notice. I was stranded - 2011 Range Rover wouldn't start. Hands down, Bob Bernick is the best service manager I've encountered in 30 years of car ownership. Knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. dishonest dealership Purchased a used 2008 range rover, end of May from salesman John, he assured me all components worked..cd changer and dvd player so when I went out of Purchased a used 2008 range rover, end of May from salesman John, he assured me all components worked..cd changer and dvd player so when I went out of town in July and the cd player didn't work I called to inform him. Brought it in the beginning of August and guess what they tell me I need a new cd changer. Now the salesman tells the service dept. He never checked it but then told me he doesn't remember checking it but in May during sale told me it worked. That's deceitful and unhonesty the salesman showed which reflects on the dealership, when I spoke to Derek Stackhouse he said I shouldn't have believed the salesman John Smith when he told me everything worked in the truck why? Because he didn't want to take responsibility for his salesman's lies. Please shop around elsewhere I've never had this problem with any dealership, but this one the salesman got mad because I told him he lied to me, he became rude and obnoxious his behavior was totally unprofessional. Never refer anyone to this dealership. More
Really cares about you and your car. I have been extremely satisfied with this dealership for the past 9 years. We have bought 3 volvo's from them. There is a closer Volvo dealership to where I live, but Field's Volvo Waukesha has never let me down in any kind of an emergency. Even when my daughter, who was visiting from North Carolina , needed an emergency Volvo repair, Cindi Olson saw to it that the car was in top shape before my daughter headed back to NC. My most recent emergency was this past Saturday, when I was enroute to downtown Milwaukee and the low tire gauge came on at Delafield. I continued on to Field's Volvo Waukesha. Even though it was a Saturday within an hour they found a screw in the tire, fixed it and I was on my way. More
