Cindy and Pete went above and beyond the call of duty. My passenger in the back seat lost a treasured pin in my car. Cindy and Pete spent time removing the back seat and felt under the seat. Also removed floor mats and with a flashlight looked for lost item. Item was found after approximately 20 minutes of their time under the felt! All was very much appreciated as the pin was a beloved President's pin lost by my 92 year old passenger. More
Wow! Unbelievable - "Read This" We had a major safety issue with our Volvo. To get the problem properly fixed we decided to take it to an authorized dealership. The only problem was We had a major safety issue with our Volvo. To get the problem properly fixed we decided to take it to an authorized dealership. The only problem was we lived 4.5 hours from one. We looked online and decide to call Fields. After talking with Cindy we went ahead and made an appointment to have the vehicle looked at. Not knowing what we were getting into, we quickly realized we chose the right place. We were amazed by the amount of exceptional service and attention to detail. From when the appointment was made to the time we picked up our car we felt like we were the one and only customer they had. They listened to our concerns and gave us the absolute VIP treatment. Mike and Cindy worked with us every step of the way and gave us options and recommendations. With Mikes discretion we ended up getting a over $1000 important safety feature fixed for free. In addition, they reached out to us after the service for any questions or concerns. I have never had such a wonderful experience from a dealership. I cant wait to buy my next car from them.... Five stars across the board"! More
