Cindy and Pete went above and beyond the call of duty. My passenger in the back seat lost a treasured pin in my car. Cindy and Pete spent time removing the back seat and felt under the seat. Wow! Unbelievable - "Read This" We had a major safety issue with our Volvo. To get the problem properly fixed we decided to take it to an authorized dealership. We looked online and decide to call Fields. After talking with Cindy we went ahead and made an appointment to have the vehicle looked at. Not knowing what we were getting into, we quickly realized we chose the right place. We were amazed by the amount of exceptional service and attention to detail. From when the appointment was made to the time we picked up our car we felt like we were the one and only customer they had. They listened to our concerns and gave us the absolute VIP treatment. Mike and Cindy worked with us every step of the way and gave us options and recommendations. With Mikes discretion we ended up getting a over $1000 important safety feature fixed for free. In addition, they reached out to us after the service for any questions or concerns. I have never had such a wonderful experience from a dealership. I cant wait to buy my next car from them....
