Stay Away from this Dealership Worst buying experience ever...No integrity at all....Stay away from Tony..speaks from both sides of his mouth...When I told them I would purchase a X Worst buying experience ever...No integrity at all....Stay away from Tony..speaks from both sides of his mouth...When I told them I would purchase a XK after I inspected the results of the cosmetic work to be peformed. I told Tony this was a done deal if the worked was performed properly. I called Tony on a Thursday to ask if the work was done he stated it was perfect. I told him that I would come up Friday before noon to close the deal. I took my trade out of storage Thursday went to the bank and got a Certified check. The next day I was on my way the Waukesha to close the deal and the Tony called and said the car was no longer available. Now again this was done deal 5 days earlier. The acceptance of the deal was based on the cosmetic touch up the XK. I had made two round trips from Chicago to Waukeash and told Tony I wanted the car....I was making my third and final trip when I received the call. Apparently he received a higher offer and sold car. He did not even have the coutesy to call and say that there was another party interested and if I did not purchase the car on Friday he sell ir to someone else. You would think that a sales manager at a Jaguar Dealer would act professional..Tony acted like a manager of a used car lt. More

Alexis, the finance manager, worked out all the special financing we requested and had all the paperwork ready to go and we were sitting in our 2013 CPO Range Rover sport within 15 minutes of walking into the dealership! No pressure about extra warranty, key warranty, paint protection---just simple "no" and we moved on! Even better, was our walk through of the car details with Tom. After buying 7 cars within the past 4 years, it finally felt like we were customers who were wanted and not just another sale!
