Great experience! I LOVE this car I have dealt with John Busse for all three Volvo leases, even before he worked at Fields, and have found him to always be willing to go the extra mile I have dealt with John Busse for all three Volvo leases, even before he worked at Fields, and have found him to always be willing to go the extra mile to help me make the right choice for me. This time, I thought I should "trade down" to save money. I'm retired and living on less income than when I was working.. I shopped two other cars/dealerships and re-discovered why my doing business with John and now Fields was the right choice. I got SO MUCH MORE CAR for the money! And John was able to get my monthly costs "in the ballpark." Your service department has been great. Because I live a stone's throw from Lake Michigan in Milwaukee, the trek to Fields would take a lot of time, and the construction would make it unpredictable at best., I have not had to take on that challenge often, because service reps pick up my car and leave me a loaner. How much better can it get? More

Extremely poor sales staff Wow. My husband and I visited this dealer for the first time today. We were there for 15 minutes, inside the dealership. No one acknowledged us. W Wow. We were not just "window shopping", We left and they lost a sale. I have never been ignored at a dealer like this. Don't waste your time going there. More

Service under warranty Vehicle computer went out. Vehicle needed to be hauled. Was provided a tide home from dealership. Since we were leaving the country the day after vehi Vehicle computer went out. Vehicle needed to be hauled. Was provided a tide home from dealership. Since we were leaving the country the day after vehicle was taken in for service, asked if the dealership could keep until we returned a week later. Upon returning home, called dealership and they delivery the vehicle to our home that afternoon. The computer software was updated and two safety recalls were checked. All A-O-K. More
