It took us 4 hours to purchase a vehicle we already knew we were going to buy. This was on the 31st of July which was a Monday at 1:30 pm. Within that time one would think they would have taken the vehicle to the back and had it detailed but they didn’t. We waited longer while they had the salesperson drive it to the gas station to fill the tank then come back and attempt to clean the bugs off the front windshield…I ended up using the washer wipers to get the streaks off. Not one person went over any of the features that came with the new vehicle and by the time we finally got done with the paperwork we had no time to ask. More
