Went by looking at a particular car that was a grat price. Salesman was very friendly and not pushy at all. This is the fifth car that I have purchased from Skyland. Jeremy Shea has been my salesman on each purchase. I feel that they offer clean and reliable used cars at a competitive price. My agent is very good about maintaining contact throughout the buying processing, which is difficult considering how many clients he has at the same time. I know he often works long hours to complete his sales. I am somewhat disappointed with the fact that management does not take care of small repairs or touch ups without charging the customer. I feel that 150 to 300 dollor small interior repairs for loyal customers would go far to working with repeat customers. I was disappointed in that part of the experience. I feel if my purchase would have been 30,000, rather than 14,000, small things such as this would have been handled. Not one suggested touch up was taken care of for me. I contribute this to managment and not my salesman. They are liucky to have Mr. Shea. How about a full tank of fuel to complete the sale? More
