We needed a second car. I had a budget set. I told Laura that I would rather have an older car with the leather and premium trim package on any car than a brand new, base line vehicle. We drove from Johnson City, TN to asheville to test drive one particular car. When we got there, Laura took us to the car I wanted to see, but as soon I got in I noticed it was clearly a smoker's car. Yuk. She had in mind for me two or three cars. She seemed to know what I was looking for and the entire time she answered questions, offered input, but never did I feel like he was trying to schmooze us into a choice. She indulged us and let us test drive one car that was out of our price range. Again she was accommodating, but never manipulative. In the end my husband and I talked ourselves into the better car...which also happened to be in our budget. Our car was prced below Kelley Blue Book and N.A.D.A. retail prices!! We LOVE our car and will definitely be seeing Laura again when it comes time to buy our next car. Thanks, Laura! More
