THIS IS HOW CAR BUYING IS SUPPOSED TO BE I arrived at 1 PM on a busy holiday weekend. I selected a new vehicle they had in stock. Even with it being super busy that day, I had my trade in app I arrived at 1 PM on a busy holiday weekend. I selected a new vehicle they had in stock. Even with it being super busy that day, I had my trade in appraised, got my financing approved and was driving away in my new vehicle 5 hours later. It was a pleasant experience. Negotiations took about 20 minutes. They offered a good price for the new vehicle and the trade in. I went there fully up to date on pricing and values from other dealers I had recently visited. There was none of the constant back and forth with each person trying to beat up the other one $1000 at a time. That's a game some dealers play and I hate it. The biggest delay was getting the new Jeep into the shop and getting it inspected so I could take it home on the spot. This is my second new Jeep Wrangler purchase from Skyland. Make sure to ask for Tom Pethtel. He can do your deal in only a couple hours if it isn't a busy holiday weekend. More

They don't deserve any stars! I bought a new Dodge Dart in November 2016. While purchasing the car, Jewel Rose was so nice, helpful and focus on helping me. Once my name was signed I bought a new Dodge Dart in November 2016. While purchasing the car, Jewel Rose was so nice, helpful and focus on helping me. Once my name was signed on that line, dealing with Skyland became a nightmare that I will never forget. I was entitled to a Friends & Family discount of $1000 or more according to my family that has worked with Chrystler for over 50 years each- I was given $342! Dwayne Streetman became my contact, however, he rarely even returned my calls. The communication at this place is very poor. During one of three different services on the car they kept my car for over 2 months before I could get in touch with them. The last time I took the car there for another problem, a staff member ran over my brand new car in a lifted jeep! It took 10 weeks for them to call me. And the car had places they had not fixed. So they offered me $1500 in cash for the problems they caused. I am very mad, frustrated and upset with them for being the worst dealership EVER & at myself for not asking for more money. I deserve a whole lot more than that. I hope I never have to see or talk to them again! I will be letting everyone I know about how terrible this place is! What a REGRET!!!!! More

Better than I could have ever imagined!!! I purchased a used Jeep Renegade from Skyland Automotive. Upon arrival I quickly noticed the Jeep I was interested in had a lot more miles than listed I purchased a used Jeep Renegade from Skyland Automotive. Upon arrival I quickly noticed the Jeep I was interested in had a lot more miles than listed on the internet. I later found out it had been used by the dealership for car exchanges but the mileage on their website did not reflect this so my initial impression was not very good. They soon changed my mind... My salesman was Javier Escobar who I had never met. I have bought numerous new cars through the years, but never visited this dealership before. Having said that, I have never been treated as nicely in my life. Javier was so nice, helpful, and informative. You would have thought I was buying a new Mercedes, which he does sell. He also helped with accessories that I purchased before leaving and promptly mailed a license plate that I had left at the dealership. I live 75 miles away. He was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Being thoroughly impressed by now, this was only the beginning. From Javier, I was then met by Betsy Woods whom I must say is "Awesome". She not only helped with the Jeep paperwork, she also helped me with an extended warranty on my trade that I had been told could not be cancelled and checked with me later to make sure it had been taken care of. All the while making me feel like she had known me all my life. She was absolutely wonderful! As stated previously, I have never been treated as nicely in my life. She truly made me feel like family, and I appreciate it! There is a reason this dealership has such a high rating, They earn it!!! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business. You will not be disappointed.
