Friendly, No Pressure Experience I was referred to Skyland Auto and specifically to Joseph Belcher by my son-in-law, who is also in auto sales, when he saw the 2013 Ford Escape listed I was referred to Skyland Auto and specifically to Joseph Belcher by my son-in-law, who is also in auto sales, when he saw the 2013 Ford Escape listed on their website. He went to school with Joseph and I also have known Joseph since he was very young. I went in, requested Joseph by name and was warmly welcomed. We took the SUV for a test drive, features were explained and I was shown other options on the lot as well. I feel he did a wonderful job leading me through the process in a relaxed, friendly manner. From the time I entered the dealership I was greeted with great hospitality by everyone I came in contact with there. A lucky coincidence for me that Skyland Auto had both the right car and just the right sales associate! Certainly would highly recommend anyone visit Skyland Auto and request Joseph Belcher if in the market. Overall my highest possible rating for this entire experience. More

Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff. Great location. I began my search online and corresponding with internet sales. James was quick to answer with information. When I drove to dealership, I was cordially greeted, introduced to Brian Ball who was my salesman. Brian was kind, knowledgeable, actually listened to what I wanted and worked around the budget I gave him. Finance staff was terrific. No high pressure at this dealership. Efficient, courteous, fair pricing. I can't say enough good things about them. Brian should be the standard all persons in sales anywhere strive to be like. He was just awesome! More

Everyone needs a "Bill Shea" in their car buying experience! It isn't often one feels like they are buying a "new car" from a family member. But man... this experience felt like I was sitting in the living room It isn't often one feels like they are buying a "new car" from a family member. But man... this experience felt like I was sitting in the living room with my brothers. Bill was such a pleasure. We spent more time talking about life and family than we did talking about features and numbers. And then he handed me off to my other brother, Mark Miller who also multi-tasked getting my finances arranged while sharing life with me. This experience felt real. I'll never forget it.
