I normally don't do reviews but I must share the Excellent service I received at Fields Cadillac. I scheduled an appointment for service on my husband's Escalade and unfortunately my husband was ver Excellent service I received at Fields Cadillac. I scheduled an appointment for service on my husband's Escalade and unfortunately my husband was very sick. I arrived at Fields quite emotional due to learning that my husband was going to be put on hospice. Joe in service greeted me and I went to his office to get checked in. I explained that my husband was on hospice and I needed to get home right away. Joe immediately got our vehicle checked in and had Bobby drive me home. Bobby was so kind and understanding. The customer service was both Professional and understanding. The vehicle was returned to me by Bobby and repairs and routine maintenance were completed on time and our Escalade is running perfectly.
