Everyone was courteous but they didn’t correct the problem. I live some 35 miles away and it is irritating to have to return because the problem was not resolved. Also after leaving dealership I noticed that cruise control not working. Had to double back 12 miles at which time was told software update would take up to 24 hours to become effective. Why was I not told that when I checked out? Repair failure will cost me another trip and a half day of my time. More
